Needs Assessment
Needs Assessment: Users provide key information such as core parameters, application scenarios, special requirements, and required certifications. A dedicated representative will liaise with the user to understand the requirements, assess technical feasibility, and provide initial recommendations.
Solution Design
The technical team designs a customized solution based on the requirements:
⦁ Core Configuration: Engine brand (Weichai / Yuchai / Cummins / Perkins, etc.), generator type (synchronous generator / asynchronous generator), control system model.
⦁ Functional Configuration: ATS automatic transfer switch system, fuel tank capacity (customized according to required operating time), optimized cooling system, remote monitoring module (optional).
Manufacturing And Custom Modification
⦁ Core Component Procurement: Selecting brand components that meet the solution requirements to ensure quality stability (e.g., engines require original factory certificates, generators must comply with ISO standards).
⦁ Customized Production:
Assembly and modification according to drawings, focusing on: 1.Special Function Installation: ATS automatic transfer switch system debugging, soundproof enclosure welding and sound insulation material filling, remote monitoring module integration; 2.Environmental Adaptation Modification: High-altitude type with turbocharger, low-temperature type with fuel heater, rainproof type with optimized sealing structure.
⦁ Comprehensive Quality Control: Multi-point testing is performed throughout the production process (e.g., engine test run, generator insulation test, control system linkage test).
Factory Testing And Certification
Comprehensive Performance Testing, Complete factory testing of the entire unit, including:
⦁ Core Performance: Power output stability, voltage and frequency fluctuation rate, fuel consumption test, 8-24 hour continuous load test.
⦁ Function Verification: ATS switching response time, noise reduction effect test (silent type must meet the standard of below 75dB), emergency start success rate.
⦁ Safety Testing: Overload protection, short circuit protection, leakage protection function testing.
⦁ Certification: Applying for and conducting certification testing for the target market, and providing a complete certification report.
Packaging, Logistics, And Delivery
⦁ Customized Packaging: Shockproof and waterproof packaging is used according to the transportation method (land/sea/air). Large units can be transported in containers or packaged in separate components.
⦁ Logistics and Distribution: We select professional heavy-duty logistics service providers, track the transportation status throughout the process, and ensure that the equipment is safely delivered to the designated location.
⦁ On-site Delivery: The manufacturer arranges personnel to assist with unloading, provides equipment lists, certificates of conformity, test reports, user manuals, and accessory kits (engine oil, filters, tools, etc.), and both parties jointly conduct acceptance testing.
Installation, Commissioning, And Training
⦁ Installation Guidance: Professional technicians provide on-site guidance for equipment installation (such as foundation fixing, fuel pipeline connection, and cable wiring) to ensure that the installation complies with safety standards.
⦁ Commissioning and Operation: Start-up commissioning is performed, operating parameters are optimized, and the compatibility of the equipment with the load is verified to ensure that functions such as ATS switching and remote monitoring are working properly.
⦁ Operation Training: User operators are trained on equipment start-up and shutdown, daily inspections, simple troubleshooting, and maintenance knowledge (such as engine oil change cycles and filter cleaning methods).
After-Sales Service And Maintenance Support
⦁ Warranty Service: We provide a complete machine warranty (usually 1 year/2000 hours for the engine and 1 year/3000 hours for the generator, subject to the contract), and provide free repair services and original factory parts during the warranty period.
⦁ Lifetime Maintenance: We provide lifetime technical support. If repairs are needed, we respond quickly (remote guidance within 24 hours, and on-site repairs arrive within the agreed time).
⦁ Regular Follow-up: We regularly follow up on user usage, remind users of maintenance schedules, and provide parts replacement and upgrade services (such as control system upgrades and noise reduction modifications).
