Caterpillar Original Power
Equipped with the original Caterpillar 16V 69L engine, it adopts a high-pressure common rail fuel system and precise electronic speed control technology, with a fuel consumption rate as low as 210g/kWh. Even under high power output, it still maintains excellent fuel economy.
Highly stable output
The unit operates smoothly, with precise voltage and frequency control. It is equipped with a Lillenschmidt or Stanford brushless three-phase AC synchronous generator, along with a digital AVR automatic voltage regulation system. This enables it to precisely adapt to loads with extremely high requirements for power quality, such as precision processing equipment, server clusters, and large compressors.
Heavy industrial structure design
The total weight of the unit is 15,375 kg. With the help of a thickened steel base and an optimized center of gravity layout, the vibration during operation is extremely small, and it can be directly fixed to the foundation of the indoor machine room.
Easy maintenance design
The engine and key systems are well-arranged. The size of 5909×2860×2342mm takes into account both functionality and site compatibility. The open structure allows for the replacement of three filters, oil testing, and circuit maintenance without the need to remove the outer cover. Combined with the reserved maintenance passage, it significantly improves the maintenance efficiency and reduces labor costs.
Strong ability to adapt to the environment
It can operate stably under harsh conditions such as high temperatures and dusty environments. At an altitude of 3000 meters, the power retention rate still reaches 98%. It can withstand extreme environmental temperatures ranging from -15℃ to 45℃. In winter, it can be paired with a water jacket heater to achieve rapid low-temperature startup. In summer, it ensures stable operation under high temperatures through an efficient heat dissipation module.
